Estonia’s defender, Roman Pass, one of the most experienced players at the #WFC2022 is playing in his 11th World Championship. Enjoying to the fullest the experience in “his second home” – Switzerland, Roman feels more than lucky to be part of the Ultimate Floorball Show this year.

“I love it! I played my first Worlds in 2004 here, in Switzerland, then in 2012, and here we are again! Switzerland is my second home, I have been living here for the past 14 years. Floorball brought me here, and it feels amazing to be playing here now, in front of friends, fans, colleagues. Floorball has given me so much!” Pass says.

Roman has been part of the game for more than 20 years already, delivering high performance on the international Floorball stage. Observing the evolution of Floorball, he points out that nothing is “black and white anymore”.

“The sport has become much more physical. We rely much more on tactics, there are colours in the game.”
