Roman Pass played his final game as captain of team Estonia in their victory over Denmark for 9th place.

Having served twenty years on the national team and in the championships, and visually as iconic as the tattoos that cover his body, he’s become the durable figurehead of Team Estonia.

His teammates’ goal for this game was to provide a victorious sendoff for their beloved captain, and they succeeded. While Pass’s time as a veteran defender on the team is done, the inked icon suggests this isn’t the last we shall be seeing him on the Estonian floorball scene. Pass gave us a short interview after this very special last game after 20 years in the Estonian jersey:
